We provide precision cleaning trials and analytical measurement services for machined products, electronic parts, optical products, PCBs, etc. We operate our cleaning test center in Kawaguchi, Saitama on a daily basis to solve the various cleaning challenges faced by our customers. Through the partnerships with our cleaning chemicals suppliers, we compare and verify cleaning chemicals for specific needs and requirements. Additionally, in partnership with JKS ENGINEERING, we provide cleaning trials in Malaysia for users in the ASEAN region.

2. Initial Q&A session
We will discuss the outline of your plan by phone, email, face-to-face, online, etc. We will also provide information about our Cleaning Test Center and inform you possible facilities to be selected and available schedule. Depending on the facility selected, reservations may be booked for several months, so we ask you to schedule your appointment early.
3. Submission of Trial Confirmation Sheet
Please fill out and submit the Trial Confirmation Sheet. You can skip items that are unclear or non-disclosure information. *We ask for detailed disclosure regarding the safety and environmental information.
4. Submit a quotation
We will submit you a quotation based on the Trial Confirmation Sheet.
5. Schedule adjustment
Trial schedule will be fixed after we receive your formal request.
6. Shipping your sample
Ship your sample by the day before the processing date.
7. Conducting your trial
If you observe your trial on the day, we will conduct the trial while discussing operating conditions with you. Even if you are not present, we can adjust the conditions while reporting the progress over the phone.
8. Submission of trial report
A report will be submitted within one week from the delivery date.

A. Multiple tests are possible within the quantity that can be handled during business hours.

A. We handle a variety of samples such as machined products, electronic parts, optical products, and PCBs. However, we may not be able to accept some items due to safety and/or environmental concerns.
Q. Is it possible to consult about a cleaning chemical to use?
A. Yes. We propose suitable cleaning chemicals to you by considering the physical properties and shape of the sample, and type of contaminants.
Q. Is it possible to specify the cleaning chemical?
A. Yes. Regarding safety and environmental aspects, we will ask you to present the detail information including SDS, etc. and we will evaluate whether or not we are able to implement a trial.
Q. Is it possible to witness the trial?
A. Yes, we always welcome you at our CTC.
Q. How are costs estimated?
A. Trial costs are estimated on a daily basis. It is also possible to conduct trials on multiple consecutive days.
