Effluent Evaporation Unit can be built-in to precision cleaning systems. The amount of effluent can be greatly reduced through concentration and evaporation. When installed in an aqueous cleaning system, cleaning chamicals consumption can be recycled. Rinsing performance can be improved by supplying water to the rinsing tank.
Hot Air Vacuum Dryer
Hot Air Vacuum Dryer has both hot air drying and vacuum drying functions. Products with blind holes or complex shapes can be completely dried by using vacuum drying to fill in any undried areas left after hot air drying. Even during vacuum drying, drying performance can be improved by adding hot air. Parts can be completely dried by automatically alternating hot air drying and vacuum drying. The hot air circulation line is equipped with a HEPA filter to prevent fine particles from re-adhesion.
Air Jet Dryer
Air Jet Dryer dehydrates and dries parts after a cleaning process while still in the cleaning basket. The moisture is drawn off by a jet air current from the lower part of the drying chamber, enabling powerful dehydration. Hot air is supplied from the upper part of the drying chamber. In addition to a standard square type basket, a rotational barrel can also be used. The jet air circulation line is equipped with a HEPA filter to prevent fine particles from re-adhesion.
