“Through technological innovations, we contribute to the progress and development of our sustainable society.”
Our mission is to contribute to the development of global society through technological innovations. Since our establishment in 2005, we have expanded our technological fields through continuous R&D and business acquisitions. Our technology dates back to our predecessor company, which was founded in 1914. With over 100 years history in biotechnology-related processes, as well as powder technologies and precision cleaning technologies accumulated over 50 years, we have expanded our fields by creating the synergy of these three technological fields.
In powder technology, our core technologies including spray drying, spray cooling and freeze granulation are powder manufacturing processes with precise particle formation controls. We serve in a wide variety of industries from foods and pharmaceuticals to advanced materials such as metals composites, fine ceramics, catalysts and fine chemicals.
In the biotechnology-related industries, we provide incubator shakers and high-pressure steam sterilizers for foods, beverages, biopharmaceuticals, and renewable energy fields such as biofuels. In addition, based on our large-scale shaking technology that we have accumulated over 100 years, we also provide platelet shakers for Japanese Red Cross Society and large-scale hospitals in Japan.
With our advanced precision cleaning technologies, we design and provide precision cleaning systems that cover aqueous, semi-aqueous, and solvent cleaning chemicals for industries such as semiconductors, electronics and precision parts.
All of our solutions are individually tailored to achieve high added values that our customers aim for. We pursue all technological possibilities and provide processes and solutions that can maximize those values for our customers.
Regarding our R&D, we engage in a wide range of technical exchanges with academia and private companies both domestically and internationally. In the powder technology field, we operate a total of three Powder Technical Centers: two in Japan and the ASEAN Powder Technical Center in Thailand. In addition, we operate our Biotechnical Center in Japan and two Cleaning Test Centers in Japan and Malaysia. These technical centers are connected one another and we are accumulating results every day by continuously launching research projects with our customers and partners.
We continue to contribute to the progress and development of all of our sustainable society through technological innovations.
