Mission Statement

“Being in a collection of small niche technologies is fun. Highly motivated to do what we do well.”

We are a young company. We established ourselves as a process engineering company of spray dryers in 2005, and subsequently diversified into the areas of biotechnology and precision cleaning system. Although there are as many engineering companies as there are stars in the sky, we continue to develop our unique products combining the specific skills and technical knowhow that our team possesses.

Our core philosophy is to foster individuality in our employees and allow them to enjoy working hard to make products. In terms of specialties, we have a wealth of diverse technologies including powder engineering, biotechnology and precision cleaning processes. The company currently has an employee structure ranging from 20-60 years of age, with the director in his thirties, a female operations officer, along with some foreign staff.

In addition, our overseas ratio has steadily increased since 2012. We also see a need for human resources that can work between Japan and the rest of the world.

We believe in the importance of individuality amongst our employees, and therefore try to create an environment that reflects their ideas and opinions. We think it is a quite attractive environment for employees who have an independent awareness, and we can positively take on new challenges together.

People with “lots of ideas”

One of the main differences in the work we carry out is that most of our projects cannot be based on past work or pre-determined factors. We always look for people that can combine past experience with the addition of new ideas to bring a more creative state.

People with the “Power of action”

Even with a great idea, there are no results if it is not acted upon. We therefore look for people who are not afraid of failure and can take action in a positive way.

People who are “Happy” in their work

Employee motivation plays a huge role in the performance of the company. We look for people who help create a continuously happy working environment.

People who are good at “Team-work”

There is no project at our company that can be completed by one person alone. We therefore look for people that spontaneously carry out their work in order to contribute to the entire team.

People who have their field of expertise

We look for people who work as if they are making something for themselves and won’t accept average performances in their own areas of specialty. We look out for people who can stand out in a team while working in its team environment, and will have others say about them “It will be fine if that guy is here”.
